Alexander Sozdatelev

Alexander Sozdatelev has a strong work history in various leadership positions. Alexander is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at HarmonyCares since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Professional at Rubicon Founders from June 2021. In their earlier years, they spent a significant amount of time at McKinsey & Company, where they held the role of Partner from December 2016 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as an Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Associate from September 2010 to December 2016. Alexander also has experience at Kantar TNS, where they served as the Managing Director of the St. Petersburg office from November 2001 to December 2006, and as the Production Director from November 2006 to July 2008.

Alexander Sozdatelev earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in 2000. Alexander later pursued their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Strategic Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing it in 2010.
