Mason Roberts

Mason Roberts, FSA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mason currently serves as the Director of Clinical Analytics at HarmonyCares, where they lead the Clinical Analytics team in providing actionable insights to healthcare providers through predictive models and applied statistics. Prior to this role, Mason worked as an Associate Director at Humana, managing the Value-Based Optimization team, which focused on coordinating analytical support for value-based programs. Mason also worked at Milliman, where they served as an Associate Actuary on the Population Health team, collaborating with providers and payers to develop strategies and population health management programs. Before joining Milliman, Mason worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Humana, maintaining and improving forecast models and tools for pricing Medicare Advantage products. In addition to their experience in healthcare, Mason has held various roles in different organizations, including serving as the Executive Director at Louisville Grows and as a Sustainability Coordinator at The Offset Project. Mason also had management and consulting roles at County of Monterey, Team Monterey, Globe Center, and Convergent Energy. Mason's extensive background in analytics, population health, actuarial science, and management demonstrates their expertise in these areas.

Mason Roberts, FSA, MBA, has a diverse educational background. Mason obtained a High School Diploma from Jeffersonville high school in 2000. Mason went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Probability Theory and Actuarial Science from the University of Louisville, where they studied from 2000 to 2007. In 2009, Mason completed their MBA at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, specializing in Spanish and Negotiations. Mason has also achieved several certifications, including becoming a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in 2023 and obtaining an Associateship in the Society of Actuaries in 2017. Additionally, they completed a course in Leading Others from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2020.
