Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim is an Associate Attorney at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Unified Patents as both Staff and Intern, where research focused on analyzing prior art for patent petitions. Daniel interned at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, researching international patent strategies, and served as a Dean's Fellow at American University Washington College of Law. Additional internships involved data compilation at Samsung and research in organic materials at Stanford University. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
