Karen Tavolaro

Karen Tavolaro currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Harness Racing Victoria, a position held since May 2022. Previous roles include People and Culture Manager at Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre and DPV Health, as well as various leadership positions at Your Community Health, including Human Resources Manager and Acting General Manager- People and Culture. Karen's career began at The Royal Women's Hospital, where roles included Learning and Development Advisor and Senior Recruitment Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Sciences from Deakin University.
