Lauren LaVan

Lauren LaVan has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Lauren began their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Mercantile Capital Corporation in 2012. Lauren then moved to Target in 2013 as an Executive Team Leader. In 2014, they joined Morningstar, where they held multiple positions, including Product Manager, Direct Cloud, Associate Product Manager, Direct Cloud, Project Manager, Portfolio Acquisition and Analytics, and Data Analyst, Portfolio Acquisition and Analytics. In 2020, they began working at Amount as a Senior Product Manager, and they are currently employed in the same role at Harness Wealth since 2022.

Lauren LaVan attended the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/ Finance Track. Lauren then attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
