Position Summary

Are you passionate about people? Are you excited about planning, executing, and making an impact? We are looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to support the daily operations of our San Francisco office. 

As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you will be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing our highly effective workplace, bringing a positive attitude to everything you do. Your role is not just important, it's integral to our operations. 

You will partner with the Senior Manager of Real Estate and Workplace Design to lead workplace hospitality and social experiences for our employees.

About the role

  • In-office Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 am
  • Greet colleagues, visitors, and clients 
  • Support daily workplace operations, building operations, office upkeep, utility services, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Assist in vendor management to ensure the office remains well-supplied and operates seamlessly
  • Handle high volume of Facilities/Workplace tickets and open building-related tickets with property management
  • Collaborate and support office events and initiatives such as happy hours, game nights, seasonal events, etc., and aim to bring joy to our employees
  • Manage inbound and outbound USPS mail, packages, and various carrier deliveries 
  • Partner and support multiple departments, including HR, IT, and the Executive Office 
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in office, administrative, and facilities roles
  • Welcoming, empathetic, and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm towards planning activities and projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient skills with Google Workspace and Slack
  • It's important to note that this role requires a significant amount of time on your feet throughout the day, including standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling, and frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. without assistance. We want to ensure you are fully aware of the physical demands of this role.
