Arkajyoti Mukherjee

Arkajyoti Mukherjee has a diverse work experience in various companies. Arkajyoti is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Harness since March 2022. Previously, they gained experience as an Event Organizer at Chaos Carnival starting from January 2021.

In their role as an SDE-1 at Chaos Native from May 2021 to March 2022, Arkajyoti was responsible for building microservices and payment infrastructure powered by Stripe. Arkajyoti also created backend APIs for Open observability of Chaos Engineering and optimized Database querying in MongoDB. Arkajyoti played a vital role in architecting and developing ChaosCenter, an on-prem portal for LitmusChaos 2.

Prior to that, they worked as an SDE Intern at MayaData from May 2020 to February 2021. Here, they led the frontend team of Kubera, an enterprise SaaS platform. Arkajyoti also worked on kuberactl, a CLI for interacting with Kubera Enterprise, and created a component library in React.

Arkajyoti also has experience as a Research Intern at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from December 2019 to January 2020. Here, they worked on clustering methods in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), implemented compression techniques for EEG signals, and wrote research publications.

Additionally, they gained experience as a Frontend Web Developer - Intern at Lattice Protocol from March 2018 to July 2018. Here, they developed design mockups, translated UX wireframes into responsive features using HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and optimized page load times using Gulp.

Arkajyoti Mukherjee completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Bidhan Chandra Institution for their Higher Secondary (10+2) degree in Science.

In addition to their formal education, Arkajyoti Mukherjee also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed a Short Term Course on Wireless Sensor Network Technologies: Theory and Simulations-\"WNT-2019\"" from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Arkajyoti also completed the Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning courses from Coursera, all in 2019.
