Francis Mohanty

Francis Mohanty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2008, they started as a Linux Intern at ISDAC, where they worked on the design, configuration, installation, and maintenance of Linux servers. FRANCIS then joined Capgemini in 2010 as a Technical Leader and Consultant, managing a technical team and interacting with clients. In 2015, they briefly worked as a System Engineer at Starhome Mach.

From 2015 to 2020, Mohanty worked at Techclyde Services Private Limited as the Head of Presales and Product Management. Here, they managed and ran a startup, set up a technical team, and was involved in business strategy, consulting, and digital transformation. In 2020, they joined Progress as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they helped enterprises adopt DevOps and DevSecOps automation and leverage their codified and compliance suite offerings.

Currently, Mohanty is a Large Enterprise Sales Engineer at Harness, a position they started in May 2022. In this role, they enable enterprises to scale their application delivery velocity with governance by utilizing the Harness Platform.
