Jason Barnes

Jason Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jason is currently working at Harness as a Senior Account Executive, where they focus on software delivery and deployment. Prior to that, they worked at IBM, where they held multiple positions, including Account Executive in the Hybrid Cloud Business Automation team, and Enterprise Software Specialist for Cloud, AI, and Security. Jason also participated in IBM's Summit Program, which provided him with comprehensive sales training. Before joining IBM, they served as an Account Executive at tekVizion, an independent testing lab. Jason started their career as a Client Relationship Representative Intern at IBM, and they also gained customer service experience as a Welcome Desk Agent at the W Dallas hotel. Additionally, they have interned as a Marketing Communications Intern at Halftime Talent Solutions, where they were responsible for social media content and email campaigns.

Jason Barnes graduated from Kent School in 2011 with a High School degree. Later, they attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Pro Sales concentration. Additionally, Jason has obtained various certifications from IBM, such as IBM Agile Explorer, IBM Quantum Conversations, IBM Cloud Private Infrastructure and Architecture, and IBM Cloud Private - Foundation Technology. Jason also holds certifications in IBM Blockchain Consulting, Cognitive Practitioner, USCA Sales Certification, Bluemix Essentials, and Blockchain Essentials. Furthermore, Jason has a certification in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, but the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
