Sophie M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sophie began their career as a National Science Foundation Research Fellow at the National Science Foundation, where they worked on predicting protein conformational changes using computational methods. Sophie then worked as a Software Engineer at Volt Athletics, developing software solutions. After that, Sophie joined Target as a Software Engineer, where they developed a platform for monitoring the health of registers in Target stores. Sophie then transitioned to Microsoft, where they worked as a Technical Customer Success Manager. Currently, Sophie is working at Harness as a Lead Commercial Customer Success Manager. Their responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and success in adopting the company's products.
