Guillaume Kerscaven

Guillaume KERSCAVEN currently serves as the Chef du service juridique at HAROPA PORT in Rouen since November 2011, overseeing legal matters within the Territorial Direction. Prior experience includes roles as a Juriste d'entreprise at the Grand Port Maritime du Havre, specializing in maritime law and IT litigation. Guillaume KERSCAVEN has also contributed to academia as a Chargé d'enseignement vacataire at Université Le Havre Normandie and Cnam, teaching Port Law and Environmental Law. Earlier positions include Assistant juridique at Soget SA and a Juriste stagiaire at the Grand Port Maritime du Havre. Guillaume KERSCAVEN holds a Master 2 in Maritime Law from Université Le Havre Normandie and additional degrees in International Law and a Bachelor in Law from Université de Rouen.
