Russell Cooper

Russell Cooper is an experienced project manager and coordinator with a diverse background in construction, education, and engineering. Currently employed at Harper Brothers Construction LLC since August 2022, Russell has previously held similar roles at S.J. Louis Construction of Texas, Ltd., where responsibilities included managing costs, scheduling, and subcontract negotiations for underground utility projects valued between $2 million and $50 million. Prior experience includes teaching various subjects at McKinney ISD and Killeen ISD, and technical roles at M-I SWACO and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Russell holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a certification in Drilling Fluids from M-I SWACO Basic Mud School.
