Summary/Objective: Promotes the company mission statement by assisting Project Managers and Superintendents as part of a team who work together to create a safe work environment, build a quality project, keep projects on schedule while earning a fair and reasonable profit.
Essential Functions:
Recent drawings.
Create inspections.
Create and track an observation.
Utilize the photos application.
Create and maintain the punchlist.
Create an RFI for review by Superintendent and seek RFI information where applicable.
Know where to find the schedule, read and understand.
Understand how to navigate and seek information from Specs tool.
Understand how to navigate and seek information from Submittals.
Ability to enter timesheet in Procore.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Work Environment: This role will regularly require walking over varied terrain, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting. Lifting requirements vary from minimal loads to heavy; but help is always available with heavier loads.
Physical Demands:
This position is required to work in a variety of conditions relative to construction jobsite environments and must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, as assigned.
Weather and climate conditions will vary throughout the progress of a project and the PE 1 must be able to inspect all ongoing construction activities over the duration of the assigned project.

Inspection for quality, consistency and completeness of work frequently requires climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
Travel Required: Travel to/from multiple jobsites, projects, and offices. Little overnight or weekend travel
