Spencer Ashby

Spencer Ashby is a Project Engineer at Harper General Contractors, a position held since May 2023, having previously completed a Project Management Internship. Academic accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Lenoir-Rhyne University, obtained between August 2021 and May 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Physics with a focus on Mechanical Drafting and CAD from Lenoir-Rhyne University, completed in 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Bears Club Graduate Assistant and an intern at Lenoir-Rhyne, as well as an Assistant Engineer at Carolina Cotton Works, Inc., where Spencer designed machinery layouts and revamped the textile plant's overall design.
