Mindy Mersel

Mindy Mersel (Roberts) has primarily worked at HarperCollins Publishers. Mindy started in 2002 as a Manager of Human Resources, and their employment ended in 2007. Mindy returned to the company in 2009, serving as a Human Resources Consultant until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Mindy held the position of HRIS Manager, and then transitioned to Manager of Human Resources & Compensation from 2013 to 2014. Mindy continued to progress within the company, becoming the Director of Human Resources & Compensation from 2014 to 2021. Subsequently, they held the role of Vice President of People Operations from 2021 to 2022 before finally being promoted to Vice President of People Strategy & Development in 2022.

Mindy Mersel (Roberts) obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell ILR in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island, completing their degree in 2002.
