Katy Lerner has worked in a variety of roles in the retail industry since 2014. Katy began their career as an Intern at House of Fraser, where they gained key skills in Mercatus, a UK-based retail system for inventory management and collaboration. In 2015, they accepted a position as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom, where they excelled in a service-oriented retail company, effecting strong communication with customers of diverse backgrounds. Katy then accepted a Retail Management Intern position at Nordstrom, where they worked closely with many levels of management to gain exposure to different areas of the retail business, with a focus on the men's suiting department. In 2018, Lerner worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Need Supply Co. and as a Business Establishment at Cee Blues Store. Katy then joined Very Great in 2019, where they held the roles of Sales Manager - Custom & Hospitality and Sales and Business Development Associate. Most recently, in 2022, Lerner accepted a role as an Account Manager at Harper + Scott.
Katy Lerner attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fashion Merchandising. Katy also attended the University of Westminster from 2014 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fashion Merchandise Management.
