Group Head of Bids and Solutions at Harrier Group

Helen Gormley is responsible for enterprise bid management and solutions design for Harrier Talent Solutions. She has more than 20 years experience in recruitment process outsourcing solution design and delivery, working closely with customers to develop bespoke solutions that successfully balance innovation and technology adoption with efficient, cost-effective delivery and a people-centric approach.

Helen delivers exceptional results for our customers, bringing together the best of our PMO, technology and implementation teams and working with our partners and suppliers to develop robust processes, policies and technology ecosystems that offer the flexibility and agility needed in today’s fast-paced talent markets.

Previously our Head of Service Delivery for boutique and project RPOs, Helen continues to oversee operations at our Perth-based delivery hub, providing highly scalable, agile solutions that support internal recruitment and HR teams.

Helen’s strong customer focus and analytical approach are weaved into every conversation, every meeting and every plan. She quickly understands our client’s needs and is able to respond with sustainable strategies that support business growth and success.

Helen has a BA Hons, Business Studies degree from the University of the West of England, UK and is a PRINCE2 certified project management practitioner.
