Brandy Howell

Brandy Howell is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Harrington Industrial Plastics since January 2021. In this role, Brandy collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to design and implement training programs that align with business objectives and company culture, overseeing both large- and small-scale training initiatives. Previously, Brandy held various positions at Ferguson Enterprises from June 1998 to January 2021, including IT Product Manager and Trainer IV, where responsibilities included managing reporting strategies, developing training programs, and leading teams. Brandy holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Western Kentucky University.
