Robert Williams

Robert Williams possesses extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Lieutenant at the Harris County Constable Precinct One since June 2013. In this role, responsibilities include acting as the agency liaison to the Houston Regional Intelligence Service Center, Houston TranStar, and the Harris County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management while developing contingency plans for the downtown courthouse complex. Prior experience includes over two decades at the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, where Robert held various positions, including Police Detective in the Organized Crime Section, focusing on financial crimes and money laundering. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown and attendance at Utica University, Texas Tech University, and Katy High School.
