Matthew Claeys

Matthew Claeys is an experienced Automation Engineer at Harris Group, with a tenure starting in February 2017, and previously served as a Controls Engineer and Technician at Cummins Inc. from June 2007 to February 2017. At Cummins Inc., Matthew led a cross-functional team to significantly reduce equipment downtime, integrated safety improvements that enhanced operational efficiency, and redesigned fail safes to boost machine reliability. Additionally, Matthew assisted in troubleshooting, implemented new safety measures, created training programs, and managed a Six Sigma project that yielded notable cost savings. Earlier experience as a Test Cell Technician involved facilitating advanced testing requirements and contributing to gas test cell upgrades.
