Kate Labor

Kate Labor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and government sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Harris Local Government since August 2020, Kate previously held various vice president positions at Systems & Software from September 2005 to January 2023, including VP Business Development, VP Client Support, VP Sales & Customer Support, and Director of Marketing. In these roles, responsibilities included managing sales support and marketing strategy encompassing communications, tradeshows, user forums, and competitive analysis. Earlier in the career, Kate gained valuable experience as a Service Coordinator at Vertek from 1998 to 2000. Kate holds a degree from the University of Vermont, obtained in 1998.
