Rick Crabtree has extensive experience in the rebar industry, beginning with Rebar Specialties Inc in February 1977, where promotion from helper to Plant General Manager occurred over six years. Following a purchase by Ambassador Steel, Rick served as Shop Superintendent from May 2003 until September 2006, then moved to Gerdau Long Steel North America for a brief tenure as Shop Superintendent. In October 2006, Rick joined Harris Rebar, where roles included Safety Coordinator and Regional Safety Coordinator after the company acquisition in August 2008. In February 2009, Rick was appointed Safety Coordinator and has been instrumental in training new Shop Supervisors. Rick's educational background includes attendance at St. Louis Community College.
