Jessie Potts has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research & Development at Harris Recording Solutions since October 2022, overseeing software development, quality assurance, Dev-Ops, and the overall tech stack. Prior to this role, Jessie held various leadership positions at First Pacific Corporation from 2008 to 2022, including Vice President and Director, where responsibilities encompassed technology strategy and software architecture. Jessie was instrumental in architecting a cloud-native software solution that contributed to First Pacific's acquisition by Harris Computer. Earlier career roles included senior software and database development positions at Integra Telecom, Eschelon Telecom, Advanced Telcom Group, Hollywood Entertainment, and the State of Washington's Children's Administration, showcasing a strong foundation in software engineering, systems integration, and custom application development.
