Brandon Miller has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Brandon started as a Server at the Richmond Country Club Inc. in 2013, where they provided excellent service, coordinated with other departments, and maintained serving standards. Brandon then went on to work as a Server at The Country Club of Virginia from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they interned as a Winter Human Resources/Administrative Intern at The Cosmos Club in Washington DC. In 2018, they were an Accounting & Membership Services Intern at the New York Athletic Club. Brandon also served as a Vice President and then an Assistant Vice President at the Club Management Association of America from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined SHRM as an Advertising Committee Member. Most recently, Brandon has been working at Harris Williams, starting as a Workplace Services Coordinator and then transitioning to the role of Workplace Project & Travel Relationship Manager in September 2021.

Brandon Miller completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from James Madison University starting in 2016 and ending in 2019. Brandon is currently pursuing a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University, expected to be completed in 2022.
