Josephine Grätsch

Josephine Grätsch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Josephine currently works as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A department at Harris Williams since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A division from October 2022 to December 2022. From January 2021 to April 2022, Josephine worked at MP Corporate Finance, also in the Investment Banking M&A sector. Before entering the investment banking field, they gained experience in various positions, including Investment Strategy and Asset Allocation at DZ BANK AG from June 2020 to July 2020, Private Banking and Capital Markets at DZ BANK AG from February 2020 to May 2020, Transaction Advisory Services and Valuation at EY from October 2019 to December 2019, and as an Assistant Product Manager at JF Tours Innovation GmbH from September 2018 to March 2019. Josephine also had roles in HR at Rituals from July 2017 to July 2018, Marketing & E-Commerce at Chiemsee in May 2016, and Logistics at Firma Hansenlogistic in March 2015.

Josephine Grätsch pursued their undergraduate education from 2016 to 2019 at the University of Cologne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. Following this, they went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills by enrolling at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2020 to 2022. During this period, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree with a specialization in Finance & Accounting.
