Mike Germinario

Mike Germinario, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Mike began their career as a Corporate Finance Intern at BASF in 2017. In 2018, Mike served as an Audit Intern at PwC. Mike then joined PwC as an Associate in September 2019 and progressed to the role of Senior Associate in July 2021. During their time at PwC, Mike also worked as an M&A Consulting Senior Associate from October 2021 to October 2022. In 2022, they joined Harris Williams Private Capital Advisory (formerly Sixpoint Partners) as an Investment Banking Analyst and later transitioned to a similar role at Harris Williams in 2023. Mike's experience encompasses various roles in auditing, corporate finance, and investment banking.

Mike Germinario, CPA attended Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Accounting & Finance. In February 2021, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the New York State Department of Education. Additionally, in 2020, they received certifications in Human-Centered Design and Digital Acumen from PwC. In June 2023, they obtained the Series 63 certification from FINRA, followed by the Series 7 certification in March 2023, also from FINRA.
