Susan Allanson

Susan Allanson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Susan started their career at Stuart Corporation as an Administrative Assistant, where they were actively involved in strategic planning and policy-making. Susan then moved on to Stuart Building Corporation as an Administrative Coordinator, and later joined Stuart Companies as a Human Resources Director. In this role, they developed and implemented corporate policies and procedures, including a drug and alcohol testing program. Following this, they joined Minnesota Technology, Inc as the Director of Human Resources & Administration, where they played a key role in policy development and interacted with the State Advisory Board of Directors.
