Laquan Magruder is an experienced educator and leader currently serving as School Principal for the Harrisburg School District and as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University. In addition to these roles, Laquan is a Co-Founder of Fidelity Firearms & Tactics, which specializes in safe firearms training. Previous positions include Assistant Principal at KIPP Philadelphia Schools and Principal Fellow with The School District of Philadelphia, where Laquan participated in a rigorous principal preparation program. Additional experience encompasses roles as College Access Coordinator and Humanities Teacher at Freire Charter School Wilmington and SummerCollaborative, respectively, as well as military service as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army. Laquan holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University and has earned multiple degrees in education, higher education administration, and criminal justice from various institutions.
