Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is currently the President of Insights Into Success LLC, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Partner at Harrison Assessments International from 2012 until 2017. From 1998 to 2012, they worked in multiple roles including Consultant, Distributor, and Accreditation Trainer at the same company. Michael also served as a Partner at Career Partners International from 2006 to 2017 and as the Vice President at Pathfinders CTS, Inc. from 2001 to 2017. Before that, they owned their own company, PISCES, from 1995 to 2001. Additionally, they have held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University School of Information Studies in 1998, a Consultant at CNYTDO from 1995 to 1996, a Manager of Information Systems at Felix Schoeller from 1992 to 1995, and a Systems Engineer at Eastern Microwave Incorporated from 1987 to 1992. Michael McDonald began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as Chief of Operations from 1982 to 1986.
