Rich Davis has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Disability Employment Consultant at Re-ACT Consulting from 1998 to 2016. In this position, they created inclusive workplaces and provided job development solutions for people with disabilities. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Catering Supervisor at Boston Market, where they were responsible for overseeing catering orders and recruiting qualified driver candidates. Rich also worked as an Educational Liaison for Greater Philadelphia at Strayer University from 2005 to 2007, where they developed marketing strategies to attract new students and expand the university's presence in the region. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they served as the Manager of Job Placement at the Private Industry Council of Philadelphia, where they assisted dislocated workers and coached employers on the value of all individuals in the workforce. Rich also gained experience as a Sales Manager at Temporary Staffing Services from 1981 to 1991, where they increased profits, expanded the client base, and opened new branch locations. In recent years, they have worked as a Neurodivergent Career Strategist at Comfort Career Connections and as a Consulting Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l, where they leverage their expertise in workforce development and disability employment to help employers create inclusive workplaces and support individuals with invisible disabilities.

Rich Davis earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut between 1970 and 1974. Rich then pursued Graduate Studies in Educational Psychology at Temple University from 1974 to 1975. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the credentials of "Authorized Career Solutions Consultant" from Harrison Assessments North America in 2016. In the same year, they also became a "Mental Health First Aider" certified by the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. Furthermore, Rich obtained the certification of "Certified Employment Support Professional" from the Employment Support Professional Certification Council -- APSE in January 2016. Additionally, they acquired the certification of "Leadership Development in Diversity Talent Management" from the American Institute for Managing Diversity, Inc. in 2003.
