Learning Strategist at Harrison Assessments

Tracey Wik has a diverse and extensive work experience in leadership and learning roles. Tracey is currently working as a Learning Strategist at Harrison Assessments Int'l since December 2020. In addition, Tracey is a Guest Lecturer at DePaul University, where they started in 2020.

Previously, Tracey was the Head of Leadership & Learning at GrowthPlay from 2012 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of the practice, including revenue, human capital management, thought leadership, product development, service delivery, and marketing. Tracey also held the position of Director Client Services & Consulting from 2015 to 2017 and Vice President Global Accounts from 2012 to 2015 during their tenure at GrowthPlay.

Before joining GrowthPlay, Tracey served as the VP Leadership Development Corporate Training & Communications at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they designed and delivered talent management strategies and sales transformation initiatives for a global workforce of 12,000 employees.

Earlier in their career, Tracey worked at California State University, Northridge - Tseng College as a Faculty Advisor Adjunct Professor from 2007 to 2010, where they directed the development and implementation of the first distance learning master's program in knowledge management.

Tracey also has experience at Bank of America as a Senior Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion from 2007 to 2008, where they played a key role in implementing the global Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the Midwest market employees. Additionally, they worked at ABN AMRO as an Executive Director of Leadership and Learning for seven years, during which they gained trusted advisor status to five management teams and focused on organizational development activities.

Currently, Tracey is the founder of Tracey Wik & Associates, a loose confederation of like-minded collaborators. The organization aims to help leaders and entrepreneurs create inclusive cultures of learning and growth using new technologies. They also assist individuals in reinventing their careers for greater fulfillment.

Tracey Wik holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) degree in Organizational Development from Northwestern University. Tracey also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science/Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their formal education, Tracey has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Tracey received the Harrison Assessments Coaching and Debriefing Certification from Harrison Assessments Int'l in December 2021. Tracey also holds a Digital Event Strategist certification from PCMA, which they obtained in May 2021. Tracey obtained a Consultant certification from WorldBlu | Freedom at Work™ in 2011. In 2004, they became a Certified Coach through Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Benchmarks 360 from the Center for Creative Leadership, Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, Certified Practitioner Emotional and Social Competency Inventory from Hay Group, Leadership Styles and Climate Style from Hay Group, and Certified Pratitioner DiSC from Resources Unlimited in the early 2000s.
