Nichole B.

Nichole B. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the field of Human Resources and Operations. Nichole started their career at Sainsbury's, where they worked as an HR Learning and Development professional from May 2011 to June 2012. Following this, they joined Save the Children International as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator on a contract basis from June 2012 to January 2013. Afterward, they worked at the City of London Academies Trust as an HR Officer and Academy Lettings Manager from January 2013 to June 2017. Nichole then moved to Harrison/Parrott Ltd, first serving as an HR Manager from June 2017 to January 2021, and later as the Head of Human Resources and Operations from January 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director: People and Operations at Harrison/Parrott Ltd, starting from 2023.

Nichole B. obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich, completing their studies between 2016 and 2019. Nichole also earned a CIPD Level 7 Human Resources Management qualification from the same university during the same period. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Bromley College of Further and Higher Education.
