Edward Kim

Edward Kim has extensive experience in patent law, currently serving as Counsel at Harrity & Harrity, LLP since 2020, where responsibilities include co-managing client relationships and providing strategic patent strategies for various Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Edward held the position of Patent Attorney at Harrity & Harrity, advising on patent strategies across diverse technologies and overseeing international patent matters. Prior experience includes roles as a Law Clerk for patent litigation at Jones Day, a Primary Patent Examiner at the USPTO, and various engineering positions at Samsung Electronics and SANYO Electric, where focus involved telecommunications and wireless communication systems. Edward holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Active in the USPTO Asian Pacific American Network, Edward has contributed to promoting diversity and professional development.
