Head Of Customer Experience at Harrods Aviation Limited

Nathan Farrow has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Nathan started their career at Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace as a Customer Services Officer, where they assisted in customer services, marketing, and sales campaigns. Nathan then joined Focus Aviation as a Regional Sales Manager before moving to Harrods Aviation as a Sales Manager. In this role, they developed new markets, built strong relationships with clients, and traveled internationally for trade shows and client visits. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Experience at Harrods Aviation Limited.

Nathan Farrow completed their A-Levels in Double Business Studies and Psychology at Hills Road Sixth Form College, Cambridge from 2001 to 2003. Nathan then pursued a BSc DIS in Air Transport Management at Loughborough University from 2004 to 2008.
