Cheryl Groves

Cheryl Groves, PHR, SHRM-CP has held various human resources roles throughout their career. Cheryl is currently the Human Resources Director at Harry Cooper Supply Co since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at MAKEEN Energy from October 2019 to November 2022. Cheryl also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Hartman & Company Inc from April 2019 to October 2019. Cheryl has experience at executive level positions as well, serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Burrell Center Inc from January 2018 to December 2018, and as the Vice President of Human Resources from February 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they worked as the HR Manager at Stainless Fabrication Inc. from July 2014 to February 2017. Cheryl began their career at Noble as a Payroll Benefit Coordinator from May 2008 to April 2014. Cheryl started their journey in the field of human resources as a Fleet/HR Administrator at Bancsource Inc, where they worked from 2006 to 2008.

Cheryl Groves, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from Missouri State University in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ozarks Technical Community College from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Cheryl obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2016 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2015.
