Bram McGinnis

Bram McGinnis has held various roles in human resources and people operations throughout their career. Bram began as a Human Resources Intern at The Shipley Group in 2010 and then worked as a Shift Supervisor at Valley Dairy Restaurants from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at AccuWeather. Bram then joined Brooklyn Academy of Music as a Human Resources Assistant, focusing on recruitment and employee relations, from January 2016 to June 2016. Bram McGinnis then worked at SoundCloud, starting as a People Operations Coordinator from July 2016 to May 2017, then becoming a People Operations Specialist from May 2017 to March 2018, and finally serving as a People Operations Partner from April 2018 to August 2020. Bram then moved to Meetup, where they worked as a People Partner for the Technology Organization, Product, and Design from April 2018 to August 2020. Currently, they are working at Harry's, Inc. as a People Business Partner since August 2020, and they were promoted to Senior People Business Partner in July 2023.
