Tainia Blake

Tainia Blake has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Tainia started their career as an HR Assistant at TPS Consult and later worked at AXA UK as a Resourcing & Graduate Consultant, where they also managed graduate programs. Tainia then moved on to AXA Wealth as a Resourcing Partner, responsible for in-house resourcing across multiple disciplines. Tainia joined AXA UK once again as an HR & Resourcing Partner, handling resourcing responsibilities for the corporate centre. Tainia then transitioned to Architas as an HR Business Partner and Talent & Capability Partner, focusing on attracting and developing talent. Following that, Tainia worked at Avon as a Global HR Business Partner and later as the Global Learning & Development Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People and Culture at Harry's, Inc.

Tainia Blake completed their BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University from 2005 to 2009. In 2017, they pursued a degree in Managing the L&D Function from The Training Accreditation Programme for a period of one year. Tainia further advanced their education by obtaining a degree in Coaching & Leadership Development from The Performance Coach in 2017, focusing on Coaching and Mentoring. Tainia Blake also acquired various certifications throughout their career, including HR as a Business Partner and Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn in May 2019, and an Associate CIPD certification from CIPD in June 2009.
