Laura Zito Dodds

Laura Zito Dodds has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura began their career at PS&S as a Summer Intern in 2013. In 2014, they gained further experience as a Global Supply Chain Intern at Colgate Palmolive.

From 2009 to 2014, Laura worked as a Soccer Coach and Trainer at Tewksbury Soccer Club, displaying their passion for sports and coaching.

In 2015, they joined Colgate-Palmolive again, this time as part of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. Laura then progressed to become a Process Development & Innovation Engineer - Oral Care from 2016 to 2018.

In 2019, Laura joined Mile Square Labs as an Advisor, where they provided their expertise.

Currently, Laura is working at Harry's, Inc. Starting in 2018, they have held various positions, including Technical Program Management roles as well as Program Management. Laura'smost recent role is Head of R&D Program Management, Director, which they have been in since January 2023.

Laura Zito Dodds attended Oak Knoll School from 2007 to 2011. Laura then went on to study at Lafayette College from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Architectural Studies.
