Kenneth Hargrove

Kenneth Hargrove currently serves as Plant Manager at Hart & Cooley since December 2021 and also holds the position of Administrative Operations Manager at Mueller Streamline Co. since January 2021. Previously, Kenneth was Continuous Improvement Manager at Hart & Cooley, Inc. from April 2016 to January 2021 and Plant Manager at Advanced Alloy Processing, Main Steel from April 2014 to March 2016. Kenneth's extensive experience in manufacturing management began at Hart & Cooley in various roles, including Plant Manager from October 2012 to April 2014 and a significant tenure at Lennox Hearth Products, where responsibilities ranged from Product Development Manufacturing Manager to Operations Manager and Superintendent in manufacturing and shipping. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Bethel University.
