Richard Feifer has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Richard started their career as a Technical Director at Trumbull Company in 1993. In 1995, they founded Big Bear Interactive, where they developed interactive CD-ROMs and brought one of the first digital magazines to market. From 1997 to 1999, Richard served as the VP and Creative Director at American Interactive Media/WebFeat, where they led the creative development of video network websites. Richard then worked as the VP and Creative Services Manager at ROXY.com Satellite and Wireless, managing a creative team and developing UI for an E-commerce site. Richard joined G2 in 2000 as a Creative Director, managing a diverse team to develop digital marketing initiatives for various clients. Richard worked on projects for major brands like M&M's, Campbell's Soup, and Pringles. In 2009, Richard joined RAPP as a Creative Director and managed a team to develop integrated marketing solutions for clients like Mattel, Bank of America, and Disney. Richard also contributed to the development of the HotWheels global marketing plan and various shopper marketing programs. Currently, Richard is the VP and Group Creative Director at Harte Hanks since 2015.

Richard Feifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Richard further pursued their education at Harvard University, where they obtained a Master of Architecture degree from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Richard also holds certifications in Moral Leadership from The HOW Institute for Society, including the NXT-GEN Fellowship for Moral Leadership Graduate from Harte Hanks in Spring 2021 and a Fellowship in Moral Leadership.
