Jason Marika

Jason Marika is a seasoned professional in soccer operations and coaching, currently serving in the Soccer Operations role at Hartford Athletic since January 2024. Marika has built a diverse coaching portfolio, including positions as an MLSnext Coach at Oakwood Soccer Club and an Olympic Development Program Coach for the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association, both in 2023. Prior experience includes Player Development Coach for New England Revolution and Regional Development Coach at Cambridge United Football Club. Marika's educational background includes a Doctor's Degree in Sport Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from Anglia Ruskin University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from York St. John University.
