Kelly Casey

Kelly Casey is a Senior Learning and Evaluation Officer at Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a Coordinator and Evaluation Specialist at Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, a Consultant at Oxford Policy Management, and a Gender Consultant and Research Assistant at CGIAR. Kelly also has experience as a High School English Teacher at St. Paul Catholic High School and as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant at Institute of International Education. Kelly holds a Master of Philosophy in International Development from the University of Oxford.
