Gerard Lupacchino

Gerard Torres Salgado is a Naval Engineer currently employed at bound4blue since May 2024. With a diverse background in maritime safety and rescue operations, Gerard has held various positions, including Project Manager at SINERA RIGGING and Head of Personnel and Production Assistant at All Those since 2018. Gerard's expertise also includes roles as a Formador de socorrismo en espacios acuáticos naturales at Servei Públic d'Ocupació de Catalunya from 2021 to 2023, and as Responsable operativo de Salvamento Marítimo at Cruz Roja Española from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, Gerard served as Coordinador comarcal and Coordinador operativo at Pro-activa Servicios Acuáticos and held a position as Patrón and subcoordinador de socorrismo at Aunar. Gerard began a career in aquatic rescue as a Socorrista and patrón de embarcaciones de salvamento at Cruz Roja Española from 2015 to 2017. Gerard holds a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas y Tecnología Naval from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completed in 2021.
