Joseph del Mastro

Joseph Del Mastro is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance for Hartford HealthCare since September 2023, Joseph plays a critical role in executive leadership, financial planning, and strategy development. Prior to this, from November 2010 to September 2023, Joseph held various significant positions within Yale New Haven Health, including Executive Director of Finance and Director of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed financial oversight for multiple hospital entities and the execution of strategic financial initiatives. Joseph's professional journey also includes significant roles at Océ - A Canon Company and Trenwick America Corporation, as well as early experience at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.
