Lynda Aflague

Lynda Aflague, BS, CPCS, CPMSM, currently serves as Senior Director of the Credentialing Verification Organization and Medical Staff Offices at Hartford HealthCare since August 2019. Previous experience includes the position of Director of Medical Staff Services at South Shore Health System from January 2014 to July 2019 and Director of Medical Staff Services at Rhode Island Hospital from May 2011 to May 2013, where centralized credentialing and medical staff functions were established for multiple hospitals. Lynda also held the role of Manager of Medical Staff Services at Fallon Clinic and served as Director of Provider Support Services at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Lynda Aflague holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Processes from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, completed in 1987.
