Mica Millbach

Mica Millbach serves as the Director of Security Engineering at Hartford HealthCare, where responsibilities include overseeing the execution of the organization's cybersecurity program in alignment with industry standards such as NIST CSF, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Prior to this role, Mica held various positions including Director of IT Enterprise Resource Planning and Chief Information Security Officer at the same organization, and Information Security Manager at The Hospital of Central Connecticut and Mohegan Sun. Mica's extensive experience in information security and technology management is supported by an MBA and a BGS in Web Technology from the University of Connecticut.
