Nicole Hughey

Nicole Hughey currently serves as Lead of the Office of Colleague Opportunity & Engagement at Hartford HealthCare, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nicole was Senior Vice President at SiriusXM from July 2020 to March 2024, where strategic leadership was provided for enterprise-wide diversity, equity, inclusion, and philanthropic initiatives. From January 2019 to July 2020, Nicole was Senior Director at Mass General Brigham, overseeing the implementation of strategic diversity programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Travelers, where leadership was provided in advancing diversity strategies, and Cigna, focusing on training and account management. Nicole holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
