Olusegun Ajayi

Olusegun Ajayi currently serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Hartford HealthCare and has also held the role of Director of Operations at Hartford Hospital since August 2020. Previous experience includes work as a Victor Scholar at the Sport Changes Life Foundation, where inspiration and mentorship were provided to underprivileged young adults in Northern Ireland while also attaining a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology. Earlier roles at The Hartford involved data analytics and marketing, along with managing housing policies as a Residential Assistant at Trinity College – Hartford. Olusegun holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Electrical Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford, and a Master's degree from Ulster University.
