Peggie Parniawski

Peggie Parniawski, MSN, NE-BC, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Nursing Practice at Hartford HealthCare since June 2023. Prior to this role, Parniawski was the Executive Director at Yale New Haven Health from June 2019 to June 2023 and held the position of Executive Director of Patient Care Operations at Yale New Haven Health-Milford Campus-Bridgeport Hospital. Parniawski's extensive experience at Bridgeport Hospital/Yale New Haven Health System spans over four decades, covering various roles in patient care operations, emergency and psychiatric services, and nursing management. Significant accomplishments include leading key inpatient areas, supporting regulatory readiness, and enhancing community cancer programs. Parniawski also has a strong educational background with multiple degrees from Sacred Heart University and experience in nursing and respiratory therapy.
