Pete Mumma

Pete Mumma, MS, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health at Hartford HealthCare since June 2022. Additionally, Pete holds dual roles as President of the Board of Directors and President & CEO at Phoenix House New England from April 2019. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President at Phoenix House and System Director of Psychiatry, Behavioral Health, and Palliative Care at LifeBridge Health. As a Behavioral Healthcare Executive Consultant, Pete focused on integrated care and population wellness from 2013 to 2017. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Management from York College of Pennsylvania and an MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore.
